The responsibilities of the Board of Directors are:Ensure the Law and the Statutes;Manage ISSSP in all matters that are not within the competence of other bodies, ensuring its regular operation;Execute the acts emanating from the other ISSSP bodies, in the exercise of their competence;Collaborate directly with university authorities on all matters of interest to
the ISSSP or the higher education, when requested, and to inform them of all matters that they consider important for the operation of the School, especially when they are likely to harm schoolwork or the quality of teaching;Guarantee the understanding between the academic bodies and CESSS Direction; Prepare the activity project that must be presented to CESSS Direction;Present the Annual Activity Report;Organize elections for the Pedagogical Council;Define and approve the academic calendar;Ensure the organization of the school calendar, class schedules, and
maps of the assessment tests;Appoint the librarian professor on the proposal of the scientific council and after hearing the Pedagogical Council; Instruct the disciplinary process regarding the students.
It is also the responsibility of the Board of Directors, every year and within the legally established deadlines:The updated list of the teaching staff hired for the following academic year, with an indication of the academic qualifications and professional
experiences;The number of students enrolled with an indication of the year they attend;The number of students ISSSP intends to admit in the following
academic year;Develop and publish an annual report according to the law.
